Neil Patrick Harris Is Going To Fill 525,600 Minutes
Neil Patrick Harris has run out of things to host (well, besides the Oscars, but better luck next year). So he’s going to direct something. A little show called Rent? You might have heard of it?
It’ll be the LA version — at the Hollywood Bowl, in August. But that’s where Harris should feel most familiar, given he starred in the 1997 production.
What I want him to do is star in a revival of “A Funny Thing Happened On Thne Way To The orum.”
Or better still an L.A. production of “Road Show.” He and David could play the Mizner brothers. AND it would give him the opportunity to sing my all-time favorte Sondheim lyric: “I’m the one that you fucked!”
