Never Learn…

We recently got into a debate with a friend in which we argued that Americans have evolved since the 2000 and 2004 elections. While we think that may be true in some respects, apparently it’s not universal: “Fox News is poised to reclaim the title of the most-watched cable news network in the key advertising demographic in the second quarter of 2008. The cable channel attracted the most 25- to 54-year-old viewers in prime-time this quarter, according to preliminary Nielsen Media Research data, drawing an average of 346,000 in that age group through Tuesday.” [LA Times]

Fox News? Really, people?? Maybe the younger folks are watching it ironically–that’s the only possible excuse.

No. It’s the “sex-ed” up news presentations. Sex trumps substance anytime.

The whole NewsCorp Empire will collapse with the Next Generation plus those in the flawed Nielson rated surveys are just the lazy-ass dudes who can’t find the remote after watching the Simpsons. More importantly, whatever happened to that Gay Black Weather Guy?
