New Bolivian Constitution Bans Gay Discrimination

bolivia-flag“Bolivia’s new constitution, approved by 61 percent of voters last month, bans discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. The constitution took effect Feb. 7. According to New York-based Latino activist Andrés Duque, Article 14.II, titled “Fundamental Rights and Guarantees,” reads, “The State prohibits and punishes all forms of discrimination founded on the basis of sex, skin color, gender, age, sexual orientation and gender identity, origin, culture, nationality, citizenship, language, religious beliefs, ideology, political or philosophical affiliation.” [GLT]

This gives the ignorant, peasant, government the right to discriminate against anyone on the basis of sex, skin color, gender, age, sexual orientation and gender identity, origin, culture, nationality, citizenship, language, religious beliefs, ideology, political or philosophical affiliation THAT THEY DON’T AGREE ON.

The new constitution allows for 2 possible consecutive terms of 5 years for the president and to adopt Castro’s and Chavez’s political agendas. Don’t be fooled by the international press that buy into the Cinderella stories of Evo Morales. There is more corruption than ever. The VP is a admitted terrorist with a disgusting track record. Their opening doors to Hezbollah and Al-Qaeda.

@Media Master in Miami:

“This gives the ignorant, peasant government…”

Uh, “Media Master,” could you just be a little racist? “Ignaorant, peasant”? The president of Bolivia is the country’s first Native, non-white leader. Many of the whites in the country have been going bonkers about Morales as they see power shift to the non-white majority that has been abused for generations.
