Take away the lies, the fear mongering and the proselytizing and the Republicans have NOTHING!
What does bipartisan support for the Bullshit Billionaire Bailout Bill have to do with gay rights?
Just asking.
I don't think Republicans could be any more stupid even if they tried (and sometimes it actually does seem like they ARE trying).
@ Brian Miller,
Republicans are the biggest obstacle to gay rights in the US – that's what.
These days, it's gay people who are the biggest obstacle to gay rights in the USA.
Every time someone from the "right" political party does something homophobic, the "gay leadership" rushes to defend the homophobia.
Every time someone from the "wrong" political party does something stupid and completely unrelated to gay rights, the "gay leadership" attempts to transform that irrelevancy into a gay issue.
As a result, the Democrats know that we're their good little pets, and the uppity homos who vote third party or who demand actual *action* on the issues will be isolated and ostracized by so-called "gay leaders" who have accomplished literally nothing.
You may return to your regularly-scheduled delusion of relevancy now…
Well Brian,
I must say. I agree. How ever this really needs to be dealt with.
Any suggestions?
