When we first heard about Steven Spielberg directing Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn, we wondered if TinTin would be a racist gay man. Seeing as the film is slated as a Christmas-time family film, probably not. But the movie still features fisting, voyeurism, and sailors and even if he doesn’t kiss a dude on the lips, every friend of Dorothy will know that under that ginger hairdo and sweater beats the heart of a homo. Who else but a gay man would risk his life investigating a unicorn?
@Jim: LOL—yes it sure as hey could be her! (I’ve had a crush on her for a long timd). Such an interesting face
And yessiree, that whole chasing unicorns thing is smelling gayish to me too.
Will I be forced to go see this? Yes, my guy has a sh-+load of his TinTin books from when he was a lad. If they had TinTin jammies when he was growing up, I’m sure he had them — footies & all.

Wow that looks like a video game… I’ve got mixed feelings :-/

so no one here has ever actually READ any Tintin books?
That’s “La Licorne” (the Unicorn) as in the SHIP that goes by that name. Nothing to do with single-horned magical creatures.
And it looks like a video game because it’s one of those motion capture ANIMATED films. So, no, it’s not Tilda Swinton.

Is that Tilda Swinton as Tintin?
