Struggling soap GCB is heading to that great cattle ranch in the sky: ABC has announced it won’t be renewing the Kristin Chenoweth and Leslie Bibb series for a second season. Mark Delkin, who plays gay rancher Blake,  tweeted his dismay: “Wow. I feel stunned & sad. We have had an amazing ride and you, the #GCB fans and #Blicket shippers, have been just incredible. THANK YOU all for your beautiful love and loyalty.” [L.A. Times]

When MTV’s Teen Wolf  returns for its second season on June 3, expect to see gay character Danny (Keahu Kahuanui, at left in photo) get a meaty storyline. “A lot of gay people don’t fit the stereotypes. Danny happens to be a jock and hang out with the captain of the lacrosse team,” Kahuanui tells After Elton. “People are expecting a lot more [in Season 2].”  Maybe Danny will get a love interest in the form of new character Isaac (Daniel Sharman), a withdrawn lacrosse playe with problems at home. Playing Isaac’s Dad? Familiar face John Wesley Shipp (Dawson’s Creek). [Zap 2 It]

A trans woman suing Khloe Kardashian for a dust-up outside a Hollywood nightclub says she’ll settle for $150,000. Chantal Spears filed a lawsuit in December claiming the reality star assaulted her in front of Playhouse nightclub way back in 2009. Kardashian says it was Spears who started the brawl. [TMZ]

Golden gal Betty White has broken her long-held impartiality when it comes to politics and endorsed President Barack Obama in the upcoming election—saying she likes  “how he represents us.”  Thank you for being a friend, Betty!  [AP]

Rocker Beth Ditto of the Gossip has gotten engaged to her girlfriend, Kristen. The two plan to marry in Hawaii in June 2013, after the Gossip has promoted and toured for their new album Joyful Noise. [GLAAD]
