‘No Gays’ Policy Didn’t Keep Child Molesting Boy Scout Master From Targeting Texas Teen With Porn

“There were violations after violation of basic safety rules with children,” says attorney Pat Maloney, who’s representing an 18-year-old San Antonio man suing the Boy Scouts for putting a now-convicted child molester in a position to target him. “You don’t allow a scoutmaster [like accused monster James Hiatt] to be one-on-one with a child. You don’t allow a scoutmaster to go out-of-state with a child, and you certainly don’t allow a scoutmaster to show pornography to a child, all of which was going on while he was a scoutmaster here.” Thank goodness the Scouts have that “no gays allowed” policy when it comes to scoutmasters! Otherwise the Boy Scouts could, like, totally claim what they really had was a homosexual predator problem and the only reasonable fix was to The Gays.
