No, Texas’ Attorney General Greg Abbott Cannot Revoke Lesbian Couple’s Divorce

Austin’s District Judge Scott Jenkins has refused Attorney General Greg Abbott’s attempt to keep Angelique Naylor and Sabina Daly, who married in Massachusetts in 2004, from keeping their Texas-based February divorce. We know, tough break in an election year, huh Abbott?

(Video report here is from February, when Abbott tried intervening.)

So we can’t get married cause it apparently undermines the sanctity of marriage or whatever.

However, now we can’t get unmarried because that would undermine the sanctity of divorce?

      I’m confused.
