NOM Hates When Lawmakers Decide Marriage Rights Instead of Voters. Except In New Jersey

In Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont, the National Organization demanded voters be allowed to give an up or down on gay marriage. But in New Jersey, notes Jeremy Hooper, NOM wants lawmakers — sorry, the “people’s representatives” — to have the final say, simply because they voted with NOM.
