‘NY Post’ Draws Logical Conclusions

mcgmsj.jpg
Miss New Jersey Amy Polumbo may get to keep her crown after revealing the not-so-revealing blackmail shots, but New York Post wins our hearts for yet another send-up of former New Jersey governor, Jim McGreevey.

Artist Sean Delonas captured all of McGreevey’s subtleties: the light loafers (or heels), excessive salivation and penchant for absolute insanity. It can’t be homophobic if it’s true.

Sean Delonas is a homely overweight man who hates handsome gay men and overweight people and spends a ridiculous amount of time telling everyone through his lispy voice how straight he is.

I think it is homophobic. It portrays gay people in a bad light on a story that is not in any way gay related.

Come on. This is completely homophobic. I could care less about McGreevey, but this is an unwarranted shot. The same paper ran a column by Andrea Peyser in which she trashed his wife for being too dumb to know what glory holes at NJ turnpike rest stops are for. I can’t believe whoever is behind Queerty thinks this is funny.
