Dean Chambers came to the attention of the media last fall because his website, UnSkewedPolls.com, took existing public polls showing President Obama ahead and proved that they really showed Romney coasting to victory. Building on that perfect record, Chambers now insists that Obama is not just gay-friendly, but actually gay.
In a commentary, Chambers refers to the Newsweek cover story written by Andrew Sullivan that proclaimed Obama the first gay president.” I think Sullivan is right, but not for the right reason,” Chambers writes. “I do believe that Barack Obama is in fact our first gay president. But I believe this for entirely different reasons. I believe the man actually is gay.”
Chambers says he has two “credible” sources for his belief. One is Larry Sinclair, who claims the two had sex in Chicago. While the claim is unproven, what is known is that Sinclair is a convicted felon who failed a lie detector test about his alleged hook up with Barack.
The other monument to truth that Chambers cites is Jerome Corsi, who has long been on a Barack-is-gay kick. Corsi’s evidence? “Sources” identified by first-name only who insist that Obama was a member of the Down Low Club. (Really.) Just to put Corsi’s credentials in perspective, he recently claimed that gay rights would lead to the legalization of snuff films.

The good news from Chambers’ analysis is that he’s convinced Obama is not a Muslim. “Would you be a Muslim if it put you as risk for being killed because of your lifestyle choices?”

Playing devil’s advocate here, but if you google the topic, you’ll find that Harvard settled a sexual harassment suit with 2 former male students who claimed Obama came on to them. Not saying the claim was legit, but when an ivy league school pays someone off to keep their mouth shut, well, there has to be some validity to it.

Actually BJ, when I googled the topic all I came up with were a bunch of far right sites that claimed it happened but didn’t seem to have any proof.
Then again, if those are the sites you normally read, no wonder you are constantly on here always taking the side of whomever is attacking the gay community.

I don’t care if Obama is straight, bi, or gay. It’s nice that we gays have a “political” icon other than Barney Frank or Gerry Studds. But sadly, and more importantly beyond the handsome face, Obama has not been a good president. The lack of transparency and the lies and deceit and overall political incompetency have been detrimental to our country.
