On The Internet, Nobody Knows 1.3 Million People Got Gay Married (In A Game)

Some 650,000 gay couples around the world have gotten married on the Internet. And not via Skype. Those same-sex unions take place in the fictional online world of Frontierville, the sim Facebook game from social media company Zynga, its chief executive announced. That’s more than the 580,000 same-sex households (let alone the 152,000 marriages) Americans have in real life, and probably more gay marriages than humans have formed … ever.
