submachinegun

It was supposed to be a celebratory party for Swedish police officers who just finished special training. Instead it turned into a male stripper arriving at a remote cabin where nine male officers had disrobed and photographed themselves … "with sub machine guns."

The nine male officers, who partied in a remote cabin, took pictures of themselves naked and posing with sub machine guns and attempted to play a 'dramatised' gay sex game.

But sadly for the male stripper, who had just turned up, the party was busted by senior instructors who sent everyone home.

The party was for mid-level officers finishing training for special tactical units. They were all experienced policemen.

All of them have been banished to desk duty during the investigation.

I'm not sure why they got in minor trouble.
Is a little homoerotic fun against the law?
If so, well, shit.

Just checked on of the few reliable Swedish news sources, SvD, that confirms the male stripper.

The best part of the entire story is the fact that these were trained to be in the Swedish Riot Police, who are kind of amazing. I used to live next to the Israeli embassy in Stockholm, and I've seen them in action, super-professional, really hardcore guys.

This is a translated quote from the newspaper Svenska Dagbladet:

"The teachers from the training were present during the party that was held in a rented cabin outside of Gothenburg. They reacted to the event and informed the Police management during the weekend. The management instantly decided to start an investigation. The policemen at the party was between 30 and 40 years of age and all experienced policemen…
… There is nothing that points towards any illegal activity during the training or the party. But the event has lead to a more thorough recruitment process next year for the Riot Police."

The best part is how these news almost cover up the media exposure of a major racist police scandal in the south of Sweden during the same week…
