@Paul in Canada: How does Bosnia and Herzegovina do this? There in Europe for one, and they’re right next to Italy. How can they do this kind of stuff? And this is unrelated, but can filmmakers make films that include more nations than America, England and Russia? I’m not saying they shouldn’t use them at all, but could they at least branch out?
