There is very little to say: soliers who don't have an investment in American values (real values) cannot be trusted to represent the interests of the U.S. in fact mercinary armies and foreign conscripts are 1) the most concrete precondition to establish a military dictatorship here.2) the easiest forces to engage in battles which have no connection to democratic approval.
