Well aware that things aren't going well for their guy, Sarah Palin and a bunch of angry Iowa Republicans got together in Des Moines yesterday to whine about Barack Obama.
While the vice-presidential nominee went on a crazy cat lady rant about how Obama's policies would make it so that the things a person buys aren't theirs (a lie, by the way), one of her supporter's decided to cut the chit chat and get right to the heart of the matter: "he's a nigger!"
Palin says nothing of the slur, a move that's cowardly at best and a tacit agreement at worst.

Its funny that you can see that Palin "hears" the comment, is momentarily startled but chooses to continue on without saying something. This speaks volumes about the GOP, Palin and the level of intelligence of those who continue to support McCain. Sad, truly sad.
Wouldn't your respect for Palin have skyrocketed if she'd stopped and said "Whoever just said that, whoever you are, I don't want your vote"?

I agree with Mike. Although I could never like an animal killing cunt like her, had she acknowledged the comment and condemned it her stock would have gone way up with a lot of people. It just goes to show how slow and dim-witted she is, as McCain/Palin can't win the election with just the racist vote. This was a missed opportunity for her to reach out to the other side.
