On behalf of the entire Queerty staff, I want to wish you a joyous and happy holiday. My family is staring at me right now, wondering when I’m going to go join them in watching (*checking*), um, The View and so, I’m taking off. We’ll be back next week, loaded with all-new gay goodies for you.
Until then, we do have one small present for you, our totally awesome readers: You can now follow Queerty via Twitter. You can use it to follow the news, plus get exclusive updates and as well as opening up a whole new way for you to tip us off on cool stuff you find.
Oh, and I’ve given you a Christmas Morning Goods, too. You’re welcome.
‘Til next week, this is your editor, signing off.
@GirlsAloud: Someone yelled at me for using it as an adjective last week. Suffice it to say, I didn’t mean any offense and I’ll try to figure out which is right.

Happy Holidays! And thanks for producing a wonderful blog.
XOXOXO

We all love ya, Japhy. Have a very Merry Christmas with your family and loved ones.

The correct terminology for trans . . . really is very confusing. I would appreciate a full, correct explication. A male-to-female acquaintance told me years ago the correct adjective and noun is “transgendered.” But what about elsewhere in the process. And could one possibly say “I am transgendered” in the same way I say “I am gay”?
Japhy, happy day-after-Christmas. I hope you are holding up alright and managing to have some fun, too. Best wishes to you and to all of us who work at and use and love Queerty.
And while people are explaining things to me, how does one pronounce “Queerty”? I say KWEER-tie. Is that right?

This is the first thing I read every morning. You Rock!

“Transgenders”? Transgender is an adjective not a noun. Goodwill to All would have been more apt.
