Pepsi Co. Gives $500,000 to Gay Group

Pepsi will soon have some angry right-wingers on their hands.

The beverage company this week donated $500,000 to PFLAG. Director of PepsiCo Corporate Contributions Director Jacqueline Millan doesn't seem that worried, however, saying in a statement:

We are delighted to continue our partnership with PFLAG. The Straight for Equality in the Workplace training program is unique in that it is promoting the necessary message of inclusion to untapped groups within the local community, and that is a crucial step towards building a healthy working environment."

Pepsi has a long history of helping the homos and has also contributed to the Human Rights Campaign.

I've always preferred Pepsi Cola to the duller Coca Cola. Now, my Pepsi will taste all the sweeter :)

The statement of this situation is pretty off point guys: The Pepsi Cola company os one of the Standard right wing Corporate giants: The fact that they don't catter to the religious ninnys doesn't make them less right wing-this simply promotes the myth of of the symbiosis between gueers and industry: the death of what was Gay Culture.

What would the Christeee Crazeees do if every oil company, food company, drug company donated to the Gay cause? They would boycott everything? Couldn't get to work, couldn't eat, couldn't get prescriptions? Sorry, its mean I know… but I can't help but wonder…

So gay people are looking for equality in the workplace by getting an advantage that straight people cannot…Never understood that.

Gay people need to seek help for their affliction, instead of touting it and trying to get others to join their ranks. You have an illness, just as alcoholics do. There is more to life than what happens between birth & death. Educate yourself and think about the bigger picture. I hate to think that you may look back and find that you did it all wrong….
