the "why are you showing the sex that you think is wrong" is a weak defense, at best. Dawster, I haven't seen the photographs in question, but if there were children at FSF that is on the parents, not the participants. My partner has children and we are planning a trip to the fair next fall. You can rest assured that the kids will be staying at home.

Children have about as much business at FSF as I do showing up at a Bar Mitzvah or birthday party in my PVC skirt and 5" stiletto boots. It isn't like the fair is and underpublicized event, especially this year, what with all the Miller advertising brouhaha. Taking kids to Folsom is analagous to ushering them into a strip club and then feigning shock when see some breasts.

Oh, and another thing…
They conveniently omit the fact that the entire event is fenced off and there is an admission fee. You don't just happen to stumble into Folsom. You're there because you wanna be there.

Yeah, heaven forbid we should have kids at a festival that, in fact, is about as naughty as a Super Mario game. All this "We've got to think of the children!" bullshit is really buying the Kool-aid. You'd be surprised how easily this stuff rolls off a kid's back.
