Peter + Laurent Bring Home Baby Boy Samuel

THE SHOT — Above, Laurent Ghilain (on right) and Peter Meurrens arrives in Brussels with their son Samuel, the 27-month-old son born to a Ukrainian surrogate who’s been forced to grow up in an orphanage there because Belgium, which doesn’t allow surrogacy, refused to grant the boy a passport. A reunion long in the making.
