PHOTOS: Broadway Bares To Rock Out With Their (Donation) Baskets Out

Broadway Bares is getting ready to flash some serious skin with their 24th annual main show, Broadway Bares: Rock Hard!, on June 22nd at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York. This year they’ll pay homage to some of rock music’s most iconic songs and performers from the last 60 years.

Buddy Holly was cute and all, but their versions of the classic rockers bring the sex of rock-and-roll together with just being downright sexy.

The first Broadway Bares in 1992 featured just seven dancers performing choreographed stripteases on a bar and raised about $8,000.

Through 23 editions, Broadway Bares has raised more than $11.3 million for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Here’s a small preview of what will ensue. Check out our coverage of past events to get the broadway blood pumping even more, or head here to purchase tickets to one of the two performances next month.
