Winkle is an impressive 87 years old, but not a damn thing could possibly get in her way of being the most fabulous thing on the planet.
She’s also amassed an Instagram following of nearly 2 million people, which just goes to show how infectious her bold, colorful freak-flag-flying attitude is.
