PHOTOS: On December 15, retired Air Force Major Margaret Witt, well-known for her efforts in the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, married fiance Laurie Johnson in Washington state. The two, partners for nine years, were the first to obtain a marriage license at the Spokane County Courthouse when marriage equality went into effect December 6.
