Every year on October 31, the largest Halloween street party in the world takes place in West Hollywood. On average, 500,000 uninhibited souls crowd the streets of Santa Monica Blvd. to show off their wild and wacky costumes at the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval. This year’s Carnaval featured a live performance by Boy George and a special appearance by actor Tim Curry, plus food vendors and photo stations; and the bars along Santa Monica Blvd. take part with drink specials and patio parties.
