The old Queerty was more between-the-ears than between-the-legs.
Thus in my efforts to persuade Str8 folks on the ‘Net that not ALL queers are lascivious dick-hounds, I was able to post links to many of the former Queerty’s informative articles in an LGBTQ teen help thread I started last November on a predominantly Straight musician forum of some 160,000 members which includes thousands of tweens & teens–and many of their parents…
I’ve noticed that the new Queerty exhibits an increase in the amount of skin & sex being displayed. :-(
This may be fine in the Gay Village but it WON’T fly on said forum of Str8 parents–and at less than 4% of the U.S. population, we LGBT’ers can’t afford to lose ANY potential allies in our on-going struggle for rights equality.
Given that we’re up against BS like this…
