Who the hell is Jeremy Kost and why the hell does Queerty keep featuring the creepy pics that look like they were shot by a dirty old man who hasn’t updated his gay.com profile since the late 90′s??

calvin klein has had intense backlash over less creepiness. you know those old guys online that post ads about ‘i’m a photographer and i like to take nude pictures of hot guys don’t worry i won’t touch you until your suitably drunk”? THAT’S WHAT THIS IS!

edilson is hot. he is hot hot. he belongs in a studio with lighting, a photographer with both hands on the camera, and backgrounds that don’t look like he’s taking break from an all weekend meth-fueled fuck fest.

LOL @ James P.P… Love that a queen talking about a meth-fueled fuckfest has a name with two P’s in it. I guess he only prefers super retouched photographs of guys that don’t give the true story of who they are. Jeremy’s photographs are intimate for just that reason.

@Bitter Queen: HAHAHAHA!! i completely failed to recognize the 2 “P’s” in my name and the irony of my last comment. THANKS!

as a side note, i don’t really consider this “intimate” at all. Polaroids have a quality that can create creepiness or intimacy, depending on the eye of the photographer. if you want a true intimate photograph, thought as to be put into it… even if it’s a spontaneous shot. i’m sorry, but i just don’t see that in these.

granted, out of all of JK’s work, there have been some really good shots that speak sexy and brilliant, but we are teetering on “even a stopped clock is right twice a day” territory. most of the time i get a feeling that the models are more victims than models. LOL.

that’s terrible to say, i know. sorry.

for Family Photos they might pass in terms of posture, but with the lighting and everything I would just pass out waking up to him. The ass shots are so much more intimate! His mother might even love him.
