Odarko bills itself as “a benchmark in the international gay fetish scene.” Located in Madrid’s Callao gayborhood, the bar is known for its all-night fetish parties, elaborate laser lights, and house and electronic music spun by resident DJ Manuel Carranco. It’s a must-see for any gay, leather-loving traveler who finds himself passing through Madrid.

Why does anyone who has labored for years to look studly then go out and cover his magnificent bod with graffiti? Obviously with no thought given to the dangers from infection to possible carcinogens and to the future, when this garbage becomes an unidentifiable mass amongst the wrinkles. Cool it aint.

Damn! Sounds like a trip to Spain is in my future!

DON’T CENSOR…. THIS IS MAINSTREAM NEWS 🙂 🙂 🙂 You guys will have to write about this. Queerty called GARY BURNS MOST HATED GAY ACTIVIST IN AUSTRALIA! – NOW HE HAS MADE IT ALL LEGAL FOR ANYONE TO CALL YOU BAD NAMES? YOU HATE HIM TOO YET?

@Texan78730: I haven’t met anyone who has gotten an infection from ink, unless you go to a shady ass studio and paid bottom dollar. Possible carcinogens? There is more in your house and in everyday live than there are if any in tattoo ink. You may not like ink but who are you to shame and even look down on those with ink.

Yes Iberian men are hot but I am part Iberian.

This just seems like a collection of body-fetishists. No wonder Spain is in such a bad way. When you have people dividing themselves according to how they look or how they behave in bed, it leads to a decay in society. It’s really sad to see Spain deteriorating like this.
Also, doesn’t it offend anyone that these Iberian ignoramuses are wearing dead cow? It should. Wearing a dead cow in the name of vanity is the ultimate in narcissism.

@Texan78730: Right. As a gay man, which I assume you are, you certainly wouldn’t want to respect the rights of other gay men to make their own choices about how to live their lives and what to do with their bodies. Because you, of course, wouldn’t want that for yourself. 45 years since Stonewall and we’ve been fighting for what? To have other people judge our lives and the personal choices we make?

Can I get a Woof-Woof y’all?!!

@jason smeds: leather (hide) has been used as clothing for thousands of years. I enjoy wearing my leather pants, shirts, boots, and jackets. I don’t fantasise about sex in leather (or any other clothing for that matter) but I look damned good wearing it. Some of the arguments in your posts bear a striking resemblance to those of religious fanatics but having a negative opinion about something doesn’t mean you’re right.

I used to live a coup,e of blocks from this place when I lived in Madrid. Visited many times, especially on the nude nights. Lots fun happening. The owners are also very nice guys. The space is nice and one of the cleanest.

@Texan78730: Ink may not be what you are into but please do not make up facts to prove your own distaste towards something, you sound like a Fox news anchor. Tattooing is extremely safe, if you care for it properly. Have infections occurred? Of course, but in no great numbers to worry about. Cancer from ink is not proven, is it possible, maybe, but I would spend more time being concerned about the food you are putting in your body, rather than spewing inaccurate facts about other’s art. Also, tattooing has been a part of every human culture in some form or another since the beginning of human culture. Ink is in no way a new “trend”. Stop wasting your time body shaming and rejoice in artful diversity of the human body, even we modified it on our own.

And….we still judge people by the clothes they wear or what they do to thier own bodies?

@packymc: @synthpunk: I ate to report anything that supports that assholes position, but I just saw this:
