PHOTOS: Time to Kick Some Ashhurst

As someone who has bitched for a long time about the fact Queerty overwhelmingly shows shirtless white males as “eye candy” as opposed to people of color, I feel it odd to write about your recent inclusion of the gentleman labeled as “Pinoy”—Mr. Ashurst. A number of posts reflect the fact not all of us prefer to see someone who looks as if he has an eating disorder, but would prefer to see someone who looks healthier and “normal.”

Is it forbidden for Queerty to show men who’ve had a few meals? If you posted a “Bear,” with more than 5 per cent body fat, would the world come to an end sooner than 2012? Might I also point out the fact “Bears” come in all colors?
