WATCH: “Pitch Perfect” Cast And Countless YouTubers Perform A Capella Cover Of “Starships”

The kids from the upcoming musical comedy, Pitch Perfect, about rival male and female a capella singing groups, teamed up with YouTube star Mike Tompkins and fans from around the world for this rather brilliant bit of viral marketing. Check out the film’s stars including Anna Kendrick, Brittany Snow (but sadly not including scene-stealer extraordinaire Rebel Wilson) and perhaps yourself showing those annoying, showboat Dalton Academy Warblers from Glee how it’s done with the Nicki Minaj megahit, “Starships.” Pitch Perfect itself comes out in select cities September 28 and everywhere October 5.
