Plea.

"A man accused of throwing a fatal punch after using an anti-gay slur is expected to enter a plea Wednesday. Stephen Moller is charged in the death of Sean Kennedy in May of 2007. Moller served six months in jail and was released on bond after his charges were downgraded from murder to manslaughter." Kennedy died soon after the attack, which has spurred his mother to push for hate crime legislation in South Carolina. [WYFF]

Hate crime legislation will never happen in SC because of the Republican dicks running the state. Only until Obama wins & makes it mandatory.

This was a gay-bash, plain and simple. The murderer should have been charged with second degree murder not manslaughter. I searched the story and the killer looks like a skinhead. Its an injustice and an outrage….but its South Carolina and I don't expect much else from southern states.
