Steven Mahoney, the Russian-born immigrant who advised clients seeking American papers to claim to be gay and seek political asylum, was sentenced to 18 months in prison. His wife Helen received six months.

shame on him.
when there are millions of lgbters living undocumented because their partners cannot sponsor them the way straight people can, people like this guy should definitely go to jail.
