He has a medical condition, thus his lack of hair and pale skin. I don't remember the name of that condition but it's affected him since he was quite young I think.

I wouldn't have thought as much, since I recall him having hair during one of his Little Britain skits (which, I assume, must have been a wig).

As for that comment from No. 2 (how fitting, btw), It's not at all racist to suggest that someone would look better w/ a tan. Likewise, I think over-tanning looks bad. So, shut your beer-hole.

His condition is called Alopecia Areata Totalis.

Excuse me–Alopecia Areata Universalis. The above means no hair on one's head. This one means no body hair whatsoever. As far as his pale skin; he's British.
