Prop 8 Valiantly Remains Alive During Annoyingly Long Appeal Process

In a bit of non-news, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals refused a motion from AFER to lift a stay on same-sex marriages while it decides the future of Prop 8. Which means, for those keeping score at home: nothing changed from where things stood an hour ago.

      If this was a case about credid companies not being allowed to charge extra fees they probably would have lifted the stay months ago.
