Reality TV Gay Bar Gets Dose of Real-World Reality
L.A.'s iCandy goes from "Open Bar" to Closed Bar
Boi From Troy shot us a message confirming something we've been suspecting for quite some time, too: reality television sucks balls. Also, iCandy Lounge—the bar born of the reality television show "Open Bar" (one of the first original programs on gay network Logo)—is now one for the history books.
How do we know for sure? Because the club's Friday night go-go boy confirmed it. And you know how reliable those guys are. (Pictured, said go-go boy—though he's calling himself an "inspirational artist" these days.)

Well reality TV will drive business away if you are an ass like this guy from that show.
That go-go boy used to live here in Atlanta and worked at the local strip joint. He was nice. I hear he has moved from Icandy to Mickey's.
Who didn't see it coming?
The go go boy's web page is a little hilarious. Everything but the kitchen sink -- including quotes from Mother Teresa!
Didn't see any mention that he was gay, however. Out and proud he's not.
