Our fabricated movie of the week based on the very real case of Zachary Fischer, his gay (!) dads and the bullies that hate them may be a two-parter. Daddy #1 Guy Fischer's gone ahead and filed a lawsuit against Harper Junior High School. Fischer maintains the school did not act decisively enough to stop the harassment that included Fischer's car getting burned to the ground.

The suits asks for $100,000 damages, mandatory suspension for homophobic comments "until the entire school is rid of homophobic comments and provisions for Zachary's homo home schooling, The Davis Enterprise reports. Further, the Fischer family attorney insists:

As Zachary is still not in school, the damages are accumulating... I will surely file suit in U.S. District Court. I assure you my demand there will be much higher.

Do we think it's possible to get an entire season out of this? Hmmm, we wonder if Chad Lowe can make the commitment...
