Have You Seen This Man (Clothed)? Arrest
Suspect Caught Crossing Border (The Far One)

Yesterday we reported that police were looking for Timothy J Boham aka Marcus Allen, whose fine film credits include the porno classics Through the Woods and Road to Temptation, in connection to the murder of his boss, John P. Kelso.

Well, we've just received this story from a reader informing us that Boham got nabbed as he made a run for the Mexican border. The Denver Post reports:

A suspect in the slaying of a wealthy Denver businessman was arrested Thursday morning near the Mexican border in Arizona by customs officers...

Boham was spotted standing a few feet from Mexico at the Lukeville port of entry about 10:40 a.m., said Roger Maier, spokesman for U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

When he was approached by customs officers, Boham allegedly told them he was a first- degree murder fugitive out of Denver. The officers arrested Boham, and Denver detectives are making arrangements to have him returned to Denver, Maier said.

Now, we've never had to flee the country for allegedly killing someone, but if we were to become fugitives, we would have picked the closer border, i.e. Canada.

While we obviously can't say that Boham murder Kelso, we have can say that it's not looking good. Especially considering this:

...Boham told Lara Holland, who lived in a Denver mansion on High Street in an apartment a floor below Boham, that he "sanitized" his apartment by thoroughly scrubbing it because a gay man had lived there previously, she said.

"He hated (gays)," she said. "He hated their lifestyle."

Kelso was widely known to be homosexual.

Hmm, we're sure the prosecution will have a field day with this one.

Of course, then the defense can say that Boham's gay-for-pay self-loathing caused temporary insanity, thus resulting in his killing Kelso. Acquittal. Case closed. Book deal, possibly a movie, and definitely a special place in gay pop culture. Hurray!

Bozo says:

He did in fact mention self-loathing and thinking about suicide, but was talked out of it by his family, who also gave his name to the police. So much for "the investigative process," eh?

From the times I worked w/ Marcus he seemed to be angry at the world, but that is not proof of his guilt.
I hope truth and justice prevail in this hurrendous matter.
My concerns go to Marcus's family
and Mr. Kelso's family

I met Marcus when he was dancing at The Brig (with Boys Next Door), and we would get together now and again. I never, ever heard him say anything that would indicate that he "hated gays" or our "lifestyle." In fact, he was one of the nicest and most polite guys I've ever met in that industry. Perhaps I was just duped, but I expect that maybe there is more involved here than basic gay-hating.

He was very nice to work with on the set of Never Been Touched. Shock to hear that something went so wrong, another human being ended up dead. Too bad for the families involved. My heart is very heavy to hear of this tragedy at one of the supposed happiest times of the year.
