Spring's all about freshness. And, in an effort to keep your music collection as fresh as possible - the kids over at Refinery29 are again offering you fourteen of their favorite tracks. For free, no less. Pretty fucking sweet, huh?
Among their sun soaking suggestions, you'll find The Good, The Bad and The Queen's "Kingdom of Doom", Field Music's brilliant "Give It Lose It or Take It" and our personal favorite, "Bookshop Casanova" from Clientele: the perfect soundtrack for a leisurely, sanguine stroll.
Head on over to get the goods. Then play them for all your friends, who will bow down screaming, "You're so fresh! In fact, you're so fresh, you're the freshest!" One of 'em may even get a little fresh while down there, if you know what we mean...
The Thaw [Refinery29]
The new Field Music is okay. I still prefer the first record. There's something really immediate and hyperpop about it. There's a lot to be said for the maturity the second record shows but it's just not my fave like their first was.
