All it takes to make the traditional short-sleeved dress shirt cooler and more wearable is a narrower sleeve and a more tailored fit, and it's one of the cutest looks this summer, with great choices at all different price points. Club Monaco makes a nice, basic shirt for $59, and then there is the $205 one from Band of Outsiders (pictured above, our favorite); both show off your arms and a bit of chest if worn without a tie. It's an uptight, sexy look that will make the boys want to undo each and every one of those buttons, but please make sure you tuck it into your pants.
