hateful chanel

We’re in shock this AM after reading in Women’s Wear Daily that those sneaky French beeotches over at Chanel tricked our dear Reese Witherspoon into wearing a three year old dress they claimed was vintage to the Golden Globes! Every fashion queen knows that three years does not equal vintage.

The icing on the pretty, pink cake is the fact that Kirsten Dunst wore THE EXACT SAME NOT EVEN CUTE DRESS to the Golden Globes in 2003. OMG. The Chanel team is sooooo hateful. Though we cannot blame them. We mix up the two, precious blondes all the time.

perez and paris

Former assistant to DJ Susan Moribito (remember her?) and blogger behind Hollywood’s most hated website, Perez Hilton, has news on Clay Aiken’s supposed gay Internet hook-up. He also has the X-rated images of the former military lover boy of Clay.

Now, don’t get us wrong. We’re all about this story and we love Perez and his site. But what alarms us more than gratuitous pecker shots is that outfit Perez wore to the Golden Globes party. Girl, if you’re gonna hang with the A-list, you need to dress the part.

Perhaps Bryan Boy can style you for the Oscar parties?

Kathy Griffin

The E! television network has made the sinful decision to fire Kathy Griffin from her role as red-carpet lookeyloo at The Golden Globes. And what’s worse, they didn’t even have the decency to tell her to her lineless face. Her lawyer had to hear about it when he called E! Prez Ted Harbert to ask what’s going on with the show.

When Griffin’s people called Harbert, “Apparently Ted told my reps that the E! red carpet is a puzzle and I am a piece of the puzzle, which is a wonderful puzzle piece, but I don’t fit this particular puzzle and that when I see the puzzle, I will get it. I am a piece that doesn’t understand only because they can’t tell me who will take over.
“They kept saying, ‘When you see the new puzzle, you will know it is not a personal insult.’ I was like, are you kidding? I got canned, bottom line. I can’t even be like Star Jones and be like, ‘Oh, I have a book tour coming up!’

Look, E! you can’t survive without the gay audience and the gay audience can’t survive without Kathy Griffin and Renee Zellwegger going toe-to-toe. Bring back Kathy and pronto! Someone who’s not lazy like us should start a petition.

brokeback

Looks like this is going to be the year of the gay cowboy. Brokeback Mountain has earned 7 Golden Globe nominations. We feel that Jake and Anne Hathaway were robbed though. Beautiful and subtle nuances existed in both their performances that were not as obvious as in Michelle and Heath’s characters. It is a shame the Hollywood Foreign Press did not see what we saw.

Regardless, it’s a big day for the gays. Woohoo Cowboy!
