Shed some light on this popbitch blind item:

Which London fashion designer was arrested with two other men while getting up to some funny business in the men's toilets of a top London department store? They were handcuffed and taken to the police station, but kept their liberty when the police declined to do the store manager's bidding and press charges.

It turns out that placing hidden cameras in public restrooms is WAY more illegal than any amount of three-way cubicle man-love.

That's a pity...
