Participants are asked to create a video of themselves to promote safer sex and viewers can vote on the winner. Though the rules haven't yet been posted, the organizers have made a video of this guy putting on a condom. You know, just in case you forgot. Or need to get off. Although, in our opinion, homeboy looks a bit tweaked out. Not a pretty picture.
