Isn't this old news from last week? I thought Timberlake's rep already 'apologized' and said the remarks were 'out of context' (although how you take those comments out of context remains a mystery to me).

I sure hope that Taylor Hicks isn't Gay....we don't want him on his team. To me, he had no talent but screamed a lot and make it seem like he had talent. Nor did I think the diva wanna be Catherine McPhee had talent either. I thought Elliot and Chris did. Elliot had the voice (but needed help in the charisma department) and Chris had the rocker voice/charisma but needed help in creating a better voice. Now, I have always believed that Justin Timberlake is Gay. I knew that Lance Bass was Gay (he was often spotted in Gay bars in NYC).

Would Justin Timberlake even have a career were it not for gay men? And yes, count me in as one of those who always has assumed that JT was indeed a member of the club.

However, I do agree with JT that Hicks can't carry a tune in a bucket. Have you seen that horrible Ford ad where he sings? COME. ON.

Who cares what Justin Timberlake thinks, any ways! He looks very "gay" in that picture. I would love to see JT try out for American Idol to see how far he would go. Taylor has a great voice. Exactly, Theo. He didn't say Hicks was gay, just talked about how his fans would react if it turned out he was. The thing I asked myself on reading his outburst was what prompted it? Why diss Hicks' singing? (I'm not a fan but he clearly has a much better voice than Timberlake) And why the gay question? Maybe Lance's recent coming out was on his mind.

What is strange is that the theoretical question he applied to Hicks is one that another former Idol contestant, Clay Aiken, is living right now. Luckily for him, his fans seem to have dismissed the claims of the guy who said he slept with him as nonsense, because many of them would dump him in heartbeat if they believed the claims. If it hadn't been for the "can't carry a tune in a bucket" comment (which would be even more absurd applied to Clay), I might have thought Justin got his Idol contestants mixed up and was actually talking about him, not Taylor.
