Born in PA, Lamar's got two loves: flying and - you guessed it - working out. Though he attended flight school and worked as a professional pilot, Lamar decided to focus his energy on athleticism and opened a gym.

So, where's this gym? Well, Miami, of course. Where else do people so disconcertingly perfect live?
