Afternoon Aural: a-ha
Take Us On, Readers

We've been racking our brains for weeks to remember which 1980s video featured a comic book come to life. A friend just reminded us that it's a-ha's "Take On Me". We flitted about like the faggots we are and then rushed to our collective keyboard to send it along to you. In case you're too young to remember, the single launched the Norwegian trio to international super stardom way back in 1985. But, did you know that the boys originally called it "Lesson One" and that it took three different releases before it caught on? The 1984 release bombed, but a little remixing later, it sold 1.5 million copies in a week. Just a little tid-bit we thought we'd share.

Why is every Afternoon Aural some shitty '80s tune? Come back to the present, dude. There's plenty of new music worth your attention!
