While we're a bit disappointed that former N SYNC band member Lance Bass decided to reveal his big gay secret to People magazine instead of to us, his favorite gay blog, we can maybe forgive him in light of the big fat check they undoubtedly wrote him.
In the interview, he not only reveals he is gay, but also that he is in fact dating former Amazing Race contestant Reichen Lehmkuhl, as we suspected.
It makes us happy to see him so happy:
The thing is, I’m not ashamed – that’s the one thing I want to say. I don't think it's wrong, I'm not devastated going through this. I'm more liberated and happy than I’ve been my whole life. I'm just happy.
Maybe now Lance can usher in the next big thing: the entirely gay boy band.
