Mohler Sez, "Pray for The Fagalas"
But Don't Even Think Of Talking To Them

horseshitH2.jpg
Earlier this week we reported on a series of Soulforce-related arrests, twelve of which took place at the Kentucky-based Southern Baptist Theological Seminary: the allegedly Christian institution homo-hating Reverend Albert Mohler calls home.

Nearly two dozen of the god-loving gay activists staged a sit-in at Mohler's office in hopes of opening a dialogue with Mohler. Though ten left, the remaining twelve were not deterred. That is, until coppers nabbed them and led them away in cuffs. Mohler may not have wanted to chat wit the kids then, but he had plenty to say in a recent sermon when he asked his followers to pray for the Soulforcer's souls. He spewed, "We need to pray for their salvation, not merely their salvation from homosexuality, but their salvation from sin and death".

Mohler also offered this head scratcher:

We should always be ready to give an answer for the hope that is in us. We should always be ready to speak on behalf of Christian truth, on behalf of the truth of God's Word. We should always, above all things, be ready to speak about the Gospel.
Hmm, if he's so eager to talk spiritual shop, why didn't he take Soulforce up on their offer? We think it's because he's a douche who can't follow his own - or his allegedly all-loving God's - word. But, that's just us.

Oh, and also, Mohler, you can count us out of your prayers. They sound more like curses to us.
