Mitt Romney must have no dignity whatsoever. In light of the Massachusett's Supreme Court's refusal to force an anti-gay marriage vote, the childish Romney's now threatening to withhold legislative raises unless lawmakers hold a vote on January 2: the last day of the current government's rule. 365 Gay reports:

Outgoing Gov. Mitt Romney is threatening to tie up pay raises for the legislature if it fails to act and the group behind the amendment says it will seek bar sanctions against attorney's at the legislature if the vote is not held.

This whole thing reminds of us a playground spat: someone calls you out during four square and you steal their lunch money. Pathetic.

Even if Romney does withhold raises, incoming democratic Governor Deval Patrick can just sign off when he takes power the next week. So, basically, Romney's just grand standing to show his undying conservative values to garner Republican support before announcing his presidential bid. How clever.
