That whole Golan Cipel thing made us wonder what's happening with Timothy Boham aka Marcus Allen, the gay-for-pay porn star accused of murdering a gay Colorado businessman, John P. Kelso.

What's the connection, you ask? They're both scandalous stories of sex, crime and faggotry. Duh.

Anyway, last time we checked in on Boham (who you kids probably remember from such Falcon Studio classics as Through the Woods - we saw it in a hotel room, we thought it had Oscar written all over it. Then we realized that was cum), he had just been nabbed trying to cross the Mexican border.

Considering that Boham spoke of suicide and made no secret of his anti-homo ways, it's no surprise that he's now officially been charged with first degree murder and aggravated assault, according to The Denver Post.

As we speak - or, rather, write/read - Boham's chilling in an Arizona prison, waiting for extradition to Colorado. Once there, we've no doubt the media spectacle will kick it up a notch, which is good, because we love a good gay scandal. In fact, this one has the potential to be our favorite gay scandal of 2006. We're not sure, though, because there have been so many, it's hard to choose.
