As if the Defense of Marriage act weren't enough to hinder homo-freedom, a group of Wyoming Republicans are pushing for legislation that will invalidate gay nups performed beyond "The Equality State"'s borders. Of the bill, GOP Representative Owen Petersen said:

I’m not supporting this legislation to cast aspersions or cause problems for anybody and their particular beliefs. But I do believe that it’s something we should go forward with and support for the betterment of our society.
