while i agree that collars should most decidedly be worn properly (unless you're in japan in the 80s or naimah from a few seasons ago top model), i must agree with Brad and "puh-lease" on this one.

i've heard this argument before: "the word has come to mean something different nowadays that doesn't necessarily mean someone with a cognitive disability" or whatever. yeah. and "gay" means "stupid" and "fag" means "someone i don't like whose sexuality is relatively unknown to me" (according to eminem).
